R01-Proiectare de Restaurare 1 – Structură

OBIECTIVE DIDACTICE:

În procesul de recuperare și reabilitare a clădirilor de patrimoniu este vitală cunoașterea materialelor și tipologiilor de tehnologii de construire vechi, pentru a putea realiza o evaluare structurală exhaustivă; scopul final este asigurarea unei comportări îmbunătățite a structurii portante istorice, păstrând în același timp imaginea arhitecturală originală. Împletirea dintre necesitatea păstrării imaginii originale nealterate și trebuința implementării unor măsuri de consolidare și punere în siguranță conduce de obicei la soluții de intervenție ce pot păstra valoarea istorică în același timp cu atingerea unui anumit grad de siguranță structurală în utilizarea cotidiană a clădirilor.

METODE de LUCRU: 

Evaluarea inițială este un proces iterativ, în care ipotezele succesive de lucru se mulează peste forma fluidă a propunerii de restaurare.

TEACHING OBJECTIVES

In the process of recovering and rehabilitating heritage buildings knowledge of materials and typologies of old construction technologies is vital, in order to be able to carry out an exhaustive structural assessment; the ultimate goal is to ensure an improved behaviour of the historic load-bearing structure, while preserving the original architectural image. The interweaving of the need to preserve the original image unaltered and the need to implement consolidation and safety measures usually leads to intervention solutions that can preserve the historical value at the same time as achieving a certain degree of structural safety in the daily use of the buildings.

WORKING METHODS:

The initial assessment is an iterative process, in which successive working hypotheses are moulded over the fluid form of the restoration proposal.
