OBIECTIVE DIDACTICE:

Clădiri industriale familiarizează studenții cu principiile fundamentale ale proiectării arhitecturii industriale, abordând relația dintre cerințele funcționale, soluțiile arhitecturale, structurile de rezistență și instalațiile specifice. Disciplina analizează etapele de proiectare a clădirilor industriale, de la amplasare și organizarea spațială până la alegerea materialelor, tehnologiilor și sistemelor constructive adecvate. Totodată, sunt explorate provocările restaurării și refuncționalizării patrimoniului industrial, prin studii de caz și exemple relevante, dezvoltând capacitatea studenților de a propune soluții eficiente, sustenabile și adaptate cerințelor contemporane.

TEACHING OBJECTIVES

Industrial Buildings introduces students to the fundamental principles of industrial architectural design, focusing on the relationship between functional requirements, architectural solutions, structural systems, and building services. The course explores the design process of industrial buildings, from site selection and spatial organization to the selection of appropriate materials, technologies, and construction systems. It also examines the challenges of restoring and adaptively reusing industrial heritage through case studies and relevant examples, enabling students to develop efficient, sustainable, and context-responsive design solutions that address contemporary architectural needs.
