OBIECTIVE DIDACTICE:

Disciplina “Management economic” adresat Masteranzilor din anul 2 la specializarea TMTNAI își propune însușirea de cunoștințe din domeniul managementului economic și a managementului general pentru a gestiona situații și procese din domeniul managementului de proiect în realizarea investitiilor. Cursul își propune:

• Resurselor avute la dispoziție
• Cunoașterea functiilor firmelor si a funcțiilor managementului
• Situații financiare cu care lucreaza un manager de proiect
• Evoluția în timp a valorii banilor
• Elaborarea de Bugete și calculație de costuri
• Utilizare planuri de afaceri si legislatie pentru investitii

METODE DE LUCRU:

Analiză de studii de caz, prezentări tematice, exerciții, lucru individual și în echipă, dezbateri, prezentări orale.

TEACHING OBJECTIVES

The discipline “Economic Management” addressed to 2nd year Master’s students in the TMTNAI specialization aims to acquire knowledge in the field of economic management and general management in order to manage situations and processes in the field of project management in making investments.
