RO: Tema proiectului propune amenajarea unui restaurant și a unui bar la etajul unui pavilion în care la parter funcționează a piață agro-alimentară bio. Acest pavilion este amplasată în zona verde din incinta Expoziției Universale de la Osaka 2025. Conceptul pleacă de la relația funcțională între produsele din piața bio de la parter și restaurantul ce va fi propus la etaj. Produsele pieței se regăsesc în meniul restaurantului. Clienții pieței pot deveni și clienții restaurantului. Conceptul proiectului de interior design al restaurantului va fi definit în funcție de profilul gastronomic al restaurantului și de grupul țintă de clientelă. În zona centrală a spațiului, unde există un luminator zenital, se va propune o instalație din structură ușoară care să exprime esența proiectului.
METODE de LUCRU:
Studenții participă activ la dezbateri pe subiectele dezvoltate în cadrul proiectului, prin argumentații susținute logic și critic. Implicarea în dialog crează posibilitatea de a exprima observații personalizate, dezvoltând capacitatea de a gandi conceptual, de a realiza proiectul din punct de vedere tehnic, de a armoniza stilstic componentele proiectului, de a gestionara bugetul disponibil și de a prezenta proiectul.
EN: The theme of the project proposes the arrangement of a restaurant and a bar on the floor of a pavilion in which an organic agri-food market operates on the ground floor. This pavilion is located in the green area of the Osaka 2025 Universal Exhibition. The concept starts from the functional relationship between the products from the organic market on the ground floor and the restaurant that will be proposed on the first floor. The market products are found in the restaurant menu. The market customers can also become the restaurant customers. The concept of the restaurant interior design project will be defined according to the gastronomic profile of the restaurant and the target clientele group. In the central area of the space, where there is a zenithal skylight, an installation of a light structure will be proposed to express the essence of the project.
WORKING METHODS:
Students actively participate in debates on the topics developed within the project, through logical and critical arguments. Involvement in the dialogue creates the opportunity to express personalized observations, developing the ability to think conceptually, to carry out the project from a technical point of view, to stylistically harmonize the project components, to manage the available budget and to present the project
