Edilitare

OBIECTIVE DIDACTICE:

Edilitare este o disciplină care are rolul de a familiariza studenții din anul V de la Facultatea de Arhitectură și Urbanism din Timișoara cu rețelele edilitare aferente lucrărilor de construcții. În prima parte a cursului, se prezintă principiilor și normelor generale privind echiparea tehnico-edilitară a localităților. Cursul prezintă unele sisteme centralizate de alimentări cu apă și canalizare pentru centrele populate. De asemenea, se prezintă rețelele de gaz, electrice, de comunicații și termice pentru tipuri de utilizatori.

În final, sunt transmise informații privind managementul deșeurilor urbane – colectarea, transportul și depozitarea deșeurilor din centrele populate. Pentru un obiectiv ales se va urmări poziționarea rețelelor edilitare în funcție de consumatori, condiții locale și echiparea tehnico – edilitară din zonă.

METODE de LUCRU: 

Desen de mână în caiet de studiu și pe planșe de prezentare, machete de prezentare, susținere orală, prezentare PowerPoint.

TEACHING OBJECTIVES

Urban Planning is a discipline that has the role of familiarizing fifth-year students from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism in Timișoara with the municipal networks related to construction works. In the first part of the course, the general principles and norms regarding the technical-urban equipment of localities are presented.  The course introduces some centralized water supply and sewerage systems for populated centers. Gas, electrical, communication and thermal networks for types of users are also presented.

Finally, information on urban waste management – collection, transport and storage of waste from populated centers – is transmitted. For a chosen objective, the positioning of the municipal networks according to consumers, local conditions and the technical-urban equipment in the area will be pursued.

Hand drawing in study notebook and on presentation boards, presentation layouts, oral support, PowerPoint presentation.
